Mtirala National Park is situated on Kobuleti-Chakvi hill at far western part of Adjara-Imereti Range of minor Caucasian mountains. The area has the highest level of humidity in Georgia. It is a model for protected area in Georgia combining conservation with mountain tourism and ecotourism.
