Why to visit Tonqal?   

Tonqal is one of those restaurants in Baku that are getting lots of praises from its customers. Aside from serving the most delicious Azerbaijani dishes, they are also known for offering outstanding customer service. 

At the restaurant entrance, you’ll find an Azeri tendir, which is similar to a tandoori oven and is used to bake traditional Azerbaijani bread. Aside from the Azeri tendir, Tonqal has its own wine cellar as well. So if you’re looking to indulge in some local wine as you feast on traditional Azerbaijani cuisines, Tonqal may be a great restaurant to check out. The food here is absolutely delicious and so is the local wine. 

Customers also love the atmosphere at Tonqal, which is decorated in traditional Azeri style. The restaurant itself is reminiscent of a local Azerbaijani village and guests can choose to dine outdoors where there are cobblestone walkways and artificial ponds and waterfall.
