In the morning we go to the cave complex Davit Gareji, located in the semi-desert landscape. This monastery was founded in the 6th century by the Desert Father David. Later it grew and consisted of 19 monasteries. It was one of the main spiritual and cultural centers of Georgia. We will visit the fortified town Sighnaghi (17th century), Sighnaghi is a city known for its hospitality, smiling faces and plentiful selection of wines and an amazing kitchen. Wooden balconies and beautiful homes overlooking the narrow streets create an unforgettable image. Sighnaghi is called the city of love. We enjoy the magnificent views of the Caucasus Mountains. Visit the monastery complex Bodbe founded in the 4th century. Taste delicious Georgian cuisine and local wines, you have an unique opportunity to visit family winery, producing wine in traditional Georgian technology.
